Internal server error for my domain since very long time, Can someone please fix?

Please fix the below error for my domain "ankitkjain.com" :

I am able to open my cpanel also can check all the records entry from my domain side. Everything seems to be up and running from my side.

You had a malformed .htaccess in your main home directory, which was causing this to happen. I have removed the file, and your site is now loading.

ohh I remember, I have done somechanges in this file for some reason which i forgot, anyways thanks for your quick help. You are always a saver for me.
