Internal Server Error when I try to login

Hey everyone! It's my first time posting here as I just made my account yesterday. I am aware that my hosting account will not be created instantly, so I am not really asking about that. I seem to be having a problem logging in to my x10hosting account. Also, several sections of the forums will have timeout errors when I try to view them. When I log into my x10Hosting account via the link on the home page I get an error like this:

Is this only temporary as I wait for my account to be created? Sometimes I am able to login successfully and the status of my hosting account is still pending, however I usually get the above error instead. Any help?

Hello,

That is a temporary error, and is caused by parts of the backend not being responsive. Normally that should not arise, but during the big maintenance we've been doing it was not really unexpected.

Right now a sync is running to get the account panel up to date with information from the servers, so it is offline and probably will be a few hours more. Once that sync is done, you should not see that error anymore.
