internal server error when trying to access images

my website was working fine until i tried to run a security scan on it. not sure if i may have configured the scanning options incorrectly but the scan never completed and the product images no longer show.

also when i try to access a product image directly, i get the error

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

from what i understand, this is a server configuration problem, please fix it for me, thanks.

Hi,

Your .htaccess file at /mockup/wp-content/uploads/.htaccess contains the line Options -ExecCGI. Please try removing this line.
