invalid template

Our website is still down, and it says invalid template... what does this mean? It has been down for well over 2 weeks now... what do we do? How can this be fixed ASAP!!!!!

Hello,

This basically means you've installed a bad template file on your website, this is not related to our servers and we don't provide support for third party scripts or applications, the only recommendation i can give is that you try remove the current bad template and try to revert back to the default one of some sort.

Last time this happened it was fixed once I put in a service request... I have no idea how to fix this and this is extremely disappointing since I ultimately just want the webiste to work.
