Ip being blocked by mistake & request of disk space extension

Hi, first of I'd like to thank the people behind x10hosting for offering free hosting. I have to say I'm very impressed so far.
I've encountered a problem where my isp ip is being mistaken for a proxy or vpn hence I can't login. I've also almost reached my full disk space limit and would appreciate it if you could make it unmetered

One of the requirements to get upgraded to the unmetered plan is that the hosting account is at least 7 days old, and your hosting account was created today.
This means you would currently not meet all requirements right now, but once your account is 7 days old you can post back to request the upgrade.

Hi thanks for the reply, what about my ip being blocked? I'd say it's more serious than the issue with disk space at the moment.

I'm a bit puzzled as to the purpose of the site, to me it currently looks like it is a demo site for a wordpress theme, although the landing page and domain itself suggests another purpose.
Right now the case is that if I'd judge it for the type of site the landing page implies a lot of the other things uploaded, especially under wp-contents, seem completely unrelated, and as per ToS all files need to be related to the site (otherwise they could be seen as filehosting).

Could you please explain what you intend to do with the site?

Hi, my site is a business site and it's still in the process of making hence you see the demo content still being on the website. The content under wp-contents is partly from the from the demo however rest assured the files are going to be used. I'm very well aware with the ToS and I'm in need of more disk space now in order to continue, looking forward to hear from you

We did some further digging, and it appears that your wordpress install might be a bit off in settings, all images that exists does so in a multitude of sizes (for one I counted 69 versions), this is going to be a big problem if it is gonna be the case for all future uploads as well.
You'll need to sort that bit of settings, as well as clean up the images already multiplied (normally 4-5 versions, including the original, tops is needed), out before we can upgrade your account. This seem to be an issue mostly with newer uploads so I don't think it is part of the theme demo.
