IP Blacklisted after making new domain

Hi admin, hope you're doing well
Today I made a new domain, newheavenandearth.x10.mx.
Before I could upload any files, it blacklisted my IP.
Could you please disable blocking of me?

I managed to delete the new domain from the last post/message, but am still blocked
