I once again removed the blacklisting of your IP.
Your IP does end up there after too many failed logins in a given time period. You should at all times login to the hosting through the panel (
https://x10hosting.com/panel) and not directly to DirectAdmin (through the panel is the only way that will mark the account as active as well to prevent an inactivity suspension).
Once inside the panel you can also see the username (
DirectAdmin does NOT accept email address as username which I can see in the logs you tried to use) and set the password for it under the service details.
