Is chopin down again?

I cannot access, Email, webmail or CPanel www for the last hour, email was first to go.. now nothing...

but that site says the cpanel is up and running but i cant even connect to it

cPanel has been up and down for the last hour on Chopin-you could have loaded the page when it was up.

Note: you can only get new data every 5 minutes on that page.

cPanel is a subsiduary of http, so depending on the way you access it, you could get problems. Also, when http is down, everyone dives for cPanel, placing a high load on the server.

It's because http is down. it's like you can't get in to your kitchen because the front door is busted. The kitchen is there, you just can't get at it. At least I think that's the situation.
