I logged into the free hosting management panel today, and it says my account is currently suspended due to user transfered to another server and this is dated June 11 at 10:30 am. I think this is from when my account was moved to Fris. It also says I must open a ticket to resolve this.
My hosting was working fine before the transfers from fris began.
Is it just a synchronisation issue with the back end, or is my account actually suspended?
Will this mean I have not been transferred to another server? If so, could I be unsuspended please and moved to the new servers.
