Is my site too plain?

Starting a vLOG (that's video blog). Is the wordpress theme too plain? Should I add some graphics or something? Looking for some direction.

Quick tips....

I do think its too much white, look online and find something that doesn't have too many colors, and is not all white, I think it hurts my eyes (I know it does hehe).

Can't help much in the design aspect, but all in all...the screen is too bright Just my 2 cents.

The colours were okay. Could do better.
Not my style of blog though.
