Is my webserver down?

Hello, I registered a free webserver some time ago and now it seems that the server is down. Is there anyway to tell if the server itself is down? My cPanel button also errors out when trying to enter cPanel.

I 'see' free-hosting server [ xo6 ] as being down to the Internet (HTTP port 80) for about a hour now
