Is MySQL Still down?

Hi guys,
I've read the announcement about the down and up and down and up of MySQL
and i saw the last post saying that it is resolved. Correct me if i'm wrong. But i still get this :

General Error

SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Access denied for user '**censored**'@'10.33.248.81' (using password: YES) [1045]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.

Can anyone help?
