I've parked new domain on my x10 account via cpanel, after couple of hours of tryouts i can't find solution to problem caused. I've tried some scripts that i prefer and they don't have any connection with mysql and no tables wasn't created - But that isn't so important!

But then I tried to install via Fantastico for expamle typo3 or wordpress CMS and there's the same problem - no possibility of reaching any kind of files and main page is look like blank white page with :

Due to texting this message new idea came to me, then I used proxy to reach my new domain - AND THERE'S THIS PROBLEM I am from israel and for some reason you ban IP's from here. Is there solution to this problem?

I can see a folder named punchbag in your main domain.
Though I couldn't see what your parked domain is.
Could you please post your parked domain name.

No, I don't think there is a ban on the aforementioned country.

Hello,

If there was a ban, you wouldn't even get to your site's directory listing.
Fantastico doesn't work properly at the moment.
If you want me to install Wordpress for you, I'd be happy to. Just say the word.

Summary: site loads fine. MySQL is fine (test script confirmed). IP not banned.

Try clearing your browser cache and access it directly using your main domain.

punchbag.tk should point to x10 servers, which it isn't doing in your case.

Open C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\host and remove references to punchbag.tk

There's no any references to domain but i tried to access with first given domain http://brawler.x10.mx/ and then to http://brawler.x10.mx/punchbag/ folder - I see the site but it's like in HTML format without any images. and using exactly domain punchbag.tk only
Index of /

I don't think it's the problem with my computer firewalls or antivirus cause I don't have any installed right now, I think that if I can load my site with proxy the only option remains is my country IP. with proxy I can load admin panel and see the exactly every page with out any errors, and without proxy every page loaded redirects to another unknown sites.

Do a file search for "hosts" in your Windows directory and check them for such references too.

Probably, your ISP DNS Nameservers' records are injected with some corrupt data.

Use, 8.8.8.8 as your primary dns nameserver.

I've searched, all files and they are the same. And I checked on 2 computers - it cannot be the same problem on two different computers.

Both of them - brawler.x10.mx and punchbag.tk should point to 69.175.120.122 irrespective of whether you use a proxy or not.

Punchbag.tk is not showing up anywhere as a domain for your account. A whois lookup for it shows that x10hosting nameservers are not set for it. That's why it's not pointing to our servers. Please check your account to make sure that the domain is added to your account, and that the nameservers for it are set to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

Our hosting works, you've just got to configure it properly at your end.
There are some things we can't do for you.

What could be worse than a indifference for a whole topic when you can read all of the disscusion and see that all problems that you named is not my problems, I even made screen shots that actually shows the difference between working proxy or a banned IP adress, I'm not a noob, working with cPanel almost 3 years and I know how to configure properly my bases, domains, and cms. All around I hear that x10 hosting is great, but 3 hours of working with it made conclusion eachable for anyone who reads this topic.

you don't have to answer it i'm already done with your free host. Thanks bye!

Anyway, I can assure you that you are not subject to an IP ban. For starters, they only affect signups, not sites.

Since OP decided to switch hosts, there's no reason to keep this open as it would no longer be a valid support request.
