Issue while registering .it domain

Hello I'm trying to configure corradomollica.it as a parked domain but unfortunately I always get "refused request" when pointing to the x10 hosting name servers.
I've seen other cases where a manual intervention from the x10hosting staff was needed (see here).
Can someone help me?

Please ensure your domain is pointing to our nameservers. Our nameservers are ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com.

Hi William, My issue is that I can't point the domain to your name servers since they will reply with a refused message when my registrar will try connect to them to verify the existance of the corradomollica.it domain zone and thus the change will fail.
If you look at the post I've linked in my previous message (https://x10hosting.com/community/threads/it-domain-godaddy-nameserver-issues.190414/), you'll understand the issue.
