Issue With x10hosting

Hello there I canceled my account due to a error I had I couldn't fix so now im trying to recreate my account with the same email address. When I create a new account & register it it says my email already exist & it signs me in when I am signed in it says unfortunately were not able to find your hosting account

I am assuming this is because I canceled my account but now I can't register the same email address to a new account.

Just to verify, are you following the green button that is on the "not able to find your hosting account" page to signup again?

Yes I did follow the green sign up button. Now when I sign in to my account it says its suspended when I try to register it using the same info again it says my account already exist.
