Issues Logging Into cPanel

Hi Guys,

I login to x10 at the link below:

https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/main

I understand the page then goes through a redirect to log in to the cPanel for my sites etc, only problem is I am redirected to the CPanel login page like in the picture attached, telling me my password is incorrect? Even though I logged in using the same password 10 minutes earlier. I have tried using the password reset tool on your site, but that hasn't got me access to my account.

My hosting account name is ChinkyCh can you please see why I cannot access my account

I also have noticed I cannot log into FTP either, using both ChinkyCh and global account password, and using the FTP user I created in the control panel, i just get disconnected from the server when entering password. (Can confirm 100% using correct pw)

At what URL exactly are you redirected to when you receive the "Login is invalid" message?
