It appears that we are having some slight difficulties

I keep getting the message:-

'It appears that we are having some slight difficulties, please wait and try your request again. (D38A904F)'

When I click the yellow bar saying 'This thread has been escalated'.

The account was escalated at 12.47pm and it's now 15.37. Is this normal? Do I need to wait longer?

Also, if I click the green banner saying:-

'You have an open ticket in the support site pending staff attention. Click Here to go to it'

I get a 404 error message:-

'The server can not find the requested page:

support.x10hosting.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=viewticket&ticketid=131 (port 80)
Please forward this error screen to support.x10hosting.com's WebMaster.

This leads me to think that my issue isn't being addressed...........help:confused:

I believe I am having similar issues. My thread has also been 'escalated' and I await resolution of the issue. I have no idea how far/whether it is proceeding.

I applied for a new account using my original username and have started all over again. It all seems to be working now so it looks like my old webhosting account was deleted or got lost in the move.
Main thing is I'm back up and running :)
