It won't let me sign up!

When i want to sign up, it says:

Please try again another time. You may contact us or visit our community forums with any questions on our current policy.

So I went to the support forums.

P.S. I have not signed up for an account, so what it's saying is not true.
P.P.S. I was told that x10 is VERY fast.
