The error message displayed in your account is not the default one from us, most likely there's some script you have that throws that error.
without knowing the script, it is very hard to help. Further more the error message itself is in a language I do not know, so I can't tell if it holds any relevant information.
Ps. The allowed languages here are English, Spanish and French. Sites not having one of those as main language must at all times provide an easily available full translation of the site. The translation must be made manually and must not require login.
