I'm a little confused. I thought x10 hosting was free and unlimited. I've reached the 512 MB limit for disk space on my site tonight. Wondering what my options are going forward.

Seeing as your account does qualify for being upgraded to the unmetered plan, I've gone ahead and done so.

For reference in case any one else wonders, these are the requirements:
1. Account is at least 7 days old.
2. Account does not in any way violate ToS.
3. Account has a working site.

What if the website is bigger than that just to begin with?

The site doesn't need to be complete, but it needs to be working, and the files on your account needs to be relevant to the part that is working.
There's still the 7 days wait time though.

Or you could opt for buying premium hosting, that comes unmetered out of the box, if you need that kind of space right away chances are you might need premium anyways, depending on what type of site you have.

I've posted regarding this same thing but haven't gotten an answer. Is there a way I can message a staff member directly?

Would it be possible for someone to review my site and lift the 512mb disk space restriction. I have reached my 7 day waiting period, have loaded part of my website, and am complying with the ToS.

Thanks

Anna, Would it be possible to review my site, and upgrade it to the unmetered plan. I believe I have met all the requirements.

Thanks
