You were suspended for spamming and therefore your account cannot be unsuspended.

x10hosting isn't required to give you backups of your account in the event of a suspension, and no they won't reactivate your account so you can get them.

man I have already worked as support for lots of hosting companies
and I know that Big and good company should help there clients (free users or others) I worked for Byet host and we were provide all clients with backups If they want...
