Joomla Installation Error

I''m getting this error when I try to install Joomla, and my php version is 2, and I hope I can get this resolved asap...

Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in /home/public_html/root/libraries/joomla/utilities/simplexml.php(334) : eval()'d code on line 334

When you get accepted for your Intermediate version?
It takes 6-12 hrs from the time you get your approval for it to activate.

My account was terminated and when I rejoined, my php version was 2, so I just went ahead and tried to install...

Can you reset the upgrade for me?

Go to your AMP, and re-request the upgrade for PHPv2.

Does it say it's pending installation or does it say you already have this version?

The version 2 radio button is checked, and it's saying that I'm currently on version 2.
