i just signed up and got final confirmation. i log in and when i go to create custom site add project name and click add website it takes me to another page that says "my websites" which explains what a website is and says i have no websites, when i click add website on this page it takes me back to the previous one. ultimately i want to install joomla via cpanel, but when i switch to cpanel i get a blank screen with a "0" in the top left corner. i checked the services and x10 reports them all as working including cpanel. anyone know what is going on?
just signed up cpanel is blank and nothing works

It also looks like your theme is already set to the x3 theme. Perhaps this has been solved in another thread?

yes, neil from live chat did that for me. at this time it is working
