Keep Getting General Error

If This is your way of getting people to buy your hosting it aint gonna work for me i wanna see how good your hosting is first before i do so im wandering why am i loosing connection to my site every hour almost 5min now i mean im not gonna pay for something if the free one aint no good just shows me that the paid one aint gonna be any better

First of all, free is not in any way a preview of the paid hosting, they differ to much both in setup and number of users per server, although I do understand your viewpoint.

We're aware that your server, starka, is having a problem with mysql and ever so often loose contact for a bit and then resumes back to normal, and we're looking into what could be causing that.

sorry wasnt meaning to sound rude it was just friend was bugging me about it like crazy i kinda figured that was issue after a bit but i wasnt meaning to sound rude or anything just ive used free sites b4 and they always say there paid hosting is better and turns out not much better than the free
