It just an idea to help x10hosting enable the support for Chinese language sites.

track the chinese members( like me ) and ask them to monitor the chinese language sites.8)

The language restriction is in place so that staff can ensure that all websites are following the Terms of Service. I do not believe we have any staff fluent in Chinese, therefore this will not be possible.

So a page with Japanese text is acceptable if it has an English, French or Spanish translation, right?
