Hi. how much time i have, to translate website ? and what about forum ? we must speak english ? My website is about II WW i have few video streaming from Youtube its ok ?

You can have any language you want as main language on a free account, as long as there at all times is a full translation into one of the allowed languages available.
The allowed languages are: English, Spanish and French
Note that using automated on the fly translation services such as, but not limited to, Google translate will also be disallowed

I would suggest attending to the translation requirement as soon as possible.

Language in x10Hosting forums should be either English or Spanish. Spanish language support requests and replies need to be posted in the Spanish section.

Should be no problem with links to video on YouTube.

what if, i will create English section on forum ?? because,forum is private fo 10 users and some of them,dont speak english spanish etc

That'll be fine.

As long as the main part of the site is available in one of the allowed languages you can have (forum) sections in other languages as well.
