I take it there have been some complications?
I am still unable to connect to my website as well as log into my hosting account.

I'm reluctant to post a support ticket about it, simply because I haven't heard anything else from Corey or the staff.
Does anyone have an idea about how long this will take?

as stated several times by the staff, if you are getting an error saying that your account is not associated with x10Hosting, then yes you should submit a ticket. If its just periods of not being able to login and then being able to log later that is related to the work they are doing and the server load it creates, in which case, frustrating as it is, we have to be patient and that will stop once the work is completed. ;)
