Let account get suspended, can't unsuspend.

Unfortunately, I let my site get suspended. When I tried to unsuspend it, it said I could do it myself, but upon trying to do so, I get this error message:

"An error was encountered on our end
We're experience trouble processing your sign-in. Please sign-out and try again."

Tried using username and email, resetting password, nothing works.

Tried to login again today, seems to be happening again.
