"Level" File Managers Broken and Prime Member Unable to Open Support Ticket

On the "level" server, trying to use in cPanel both "File Manager" and "Legacy File Manager" does not work.

In "File Manager" it is stuck on "Fetching directory contents...".

In "Legacy File Manager" I get "[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]".

Although I have the "Prime" package, attempting to open a support ticket on this issue gets me "KY ID 44742 CREATE HTTP error: 403".

I am aware that some work was done on the "level" server, but the server status does not mention this as an ongoing problem.

Several people in the Free Hosting forum have reported this problem, so it isn't just me.

Thank you for your help in this matter.

This was due to the maintenance on Level; please remember to always check http://status.x10hosting.com/
This issue should now have been resolved, is it working for you now?

I'm afraid it did - the status website said yesterday "some minor maintenance still continues" :)

Sorry, I didn't think "minor maintenance" was responsible for entire sites not working.

In any case, my site is back up and running super fast. And so is File Manager. And the "Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted" error message is also gone.

Thanks x10 for your hard work at all hours of the day and night.
