My website has been down for about 48hrs. Can you please look into it? The forum says that the downtime should be resolved.

Well this is embarassing but a tracerout is not in my vocabulary. Can you please walk me through the steps?

Looks like something's up with the zone file for your domain. I'm looking into it now.

This should be resolved now. You might have to clear your cache. (DNS and Browser)
