My site is hosted on this server. I cannot ping it, connect to it via http or ftp and emails cannot be retrieved or sent. This situation has been ongoing for nearly 24 hours. when will it be fixed?

Could you please PM me your IP address so I can check?

Is this reply a "personal message" (PM)? I am not sure if it is visible to all so I won't include my IP address. I think the answer is correct. I discovered yesterday that I could access the service from another computer and now I can access it from mine. I may have been temporarily suspended for sending too many emails, which was at the heart of the problem. I had sent a newsletter to members many of which had not arrived, so I conducted a series of tests which showed that mail delivery was flaky. Maybe I should raise another thread about that. Thanks
