link hosting account problem

I never got the message to link my account, and I can't change my email on the account info page.

yes.
I guess i messed up.
why can't i save the changes to my email account or log into my cpanel using my forum login info then?
It won't let me change it from static to advanced...why?
currently it says that the DNS and Apache HTTP are offline.

You login to cPanel using the username GMSword. You are on the Advanced plan. It does not matter if DNS is down as it is run by a different server. Apache is currently up.
