Log into the control panel at http://x10hosting.com/control/, and you will be able to relink your accounts from there.

I believe that there should be a message stating that your accounts are not linked, along with some sort of link to a page where you may relink them.

There is no way to link your hosting account to your forum account. It is only possible if you don't have any forum account. If you really wanna do it by yourself you need to create one more forum account but I think it is against the x10hosting TOS. So leave everything to account managers.

Account Managers are not able to do it now because the Account Manger Panel has been currently disabled so only Administrators can do it.

As priyaa161 says, currently only an administrator can sort the linking issues.
On the bright side, it doesn't seem as the checking and suspending of non-linked accounts currently is active.
The script that checks for inactive accounts may be, but the time frame to request an unsuspension to avoid termination will be extended.
