Actually Did you linked the forum account and hosting account when you registered, If not then you have to do it in your account panel.

Otherwise Because of migrations the link between hosting and forum account might have gone. Wait for some time.

No, when I try to link there in my hosting account it takes to a registration page and when I enter my username there it say username already in use.

Hello,

After the forum was upgraded some of the options previously available to AMs have gone missing.
To sort this we now need to get a hold of an admin, Bryon or possibly Corey should be able to sort it. Currently they might be a bit busy with all the work that is going on in the background which does indeed lead to a longer wait for this kind of problems.
