'Link to database cannot be established'

Hi,
The webstore part of our website, (store.heartsco.com), has been reporting the error 'Link to database cannot be established' or 'Server Timout' for the past 12 hours or more. It had been working perfectly for over a month until now, and i checked the files and mySQL database for the store and they both seem to be intact and the cPANEL reports no errors. The rest of the website works perfectly fine (heartsco.com), and it is only the webstore that is affected. Could you guys please help us out, as I can't seem to find what is causing the problem.
