my site is down i cannot access my cpanel it says the domain is freed.. what do i do.. i cannot even access my account panel to do any changes when i give my cpanel id it gives the following error

An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist.

Ok, first off, did you follow the activation link in the registration email? If you did please note that it takes around 5 minutes for the account creation process to complete.

You may also have forgotten to link your hosting account to your forum account.


If however, none of these scenarios is the problem, it might be a domain issue with whatever server you are on.

Hi,

I haven't received such a mail. I cannot access my Cpanel to initiate a mail nor can i access my account.
I had hosted my site a month back now the site is gone and the URL has been freed.
what do i do now..
when i sign in it asks link to account. when i give youvis it gives the above error

It seems your account was probably deleted due to inactivity, try remaking the account.
