Linking Problem !!

Hi Guys ! Since I have created my account in x10Hosting. I have never been able to use it because whenever I log in the account it says "Link your Hosting Account". I don't what to put there in account name. I have tried my forum's username. But It didn't worked. I have signed for ad-free account. My username for free hosting and forum are same as "owner83" and my url is "googly.pcriot.com" . Kindly guide me what to do.
I want to use this account instead of creating new one.

Hello, it seems your account has not been created yet, when did you sign up?

it should Decemeber 2007. I got email also with account details. But since my account is created, i am having this problem.
Edit:
I tried to register again for hosting, the message shown is you are already having an account, plz use that.
So, I am not able to use the hosting account. Kindly look into the matter and solve the problem as soon as possible.

Hello, your account was terminated for the following reason: Suspended for extended period of time, terminated automatically.

You had not logged into our forums once every 2 weeks, after being suspended for another 2 you had not requested to be unsuspended therefore a cron deleted your inactive account. You may re-create one but first visit http://x10hosting.com/logout

Sir, I tried to create new account but its not working now. Like I applied for ad-enhanced account. I even confirmed my email account but afterwards email received that

This email is being sent to notify you that the hosting account that you have signed up for has not been created, due to an error which occurred during the creation process.

I tried signing up again but the same problem occured.

i have signed up for the ad enhanced hosting. Now I am not able to log in to my hosting account and error is username specified does not exist, whereas I am able to log in to Cpanel 11. Kindly check and resolve the issue.
