Live support chat room doesn't work

I got a error in the live support chat popup screen, saying:

Several Java Virtual Machines running in the same process caused an error

Please help.

x10hosting servers don't support Java.

Try downloading IceChat, it does not require Java to use it. Check the IRC chat thread to get it.
