LiveZilla Error 404

I held the instructions: http://livehelp.livezilla.net/installation/en/.

I hope you have some sort of solution of the problem. In fact, when I run a Server Test I always receive the error "404 file not found".

I view FAQ: http://livehelp.livezilla.net/articles/en/?article=common_problems_404 and made it.

I set LiveZilla data / public_html / LiveZilla but still the same problem.

"Error 404 The page you requested is not available, please try again in a few minutes. Alternatively you can use the form below to find what you are looking for."

Did you upload correctly the files? Because I can't find the directory yourwebsite/LiveZilla.

By the way, it is a requirement that your website is available at least in english, french or spanish. You should provide a clear link to a translated version as soon as possible.

You don't put public_html in the path. And drop the ftp.

Running chat-related scripts that use MySQL databases are against our Terms of Service. Please check your configuration settings to make sure you are not using databases, or else your account will be suspended for breaching our Terms of Service.

Shoutbox\Chat Scripts Use of these scripts is strictly forbidden due to the amount of MySQL queries they take. Accounts found with chat scripts or shoutboxes will be suspended.

ok,but I did not create MySQL base on your host for LiveZilla software

all chat scripts stored on the server is against the ToS, as they use too much resources
