Log in history is incorrect

FYI - I got the suspension warning email so logged in today, but when I check the log in history, it's wrong. I have an email alert set to remind me and I definitely logged in in November and December but it shows October as the last log in.

I see you has having logged into the account, in both October and November as well as December, January and now in February

The requirement is once every 30 days, so by nature you would likely get a warning some months if you always aim for say the 15th of the month, due to the fact the months differ in length, so you getting a warning on the 12th would be correct when you logged in on the 14th the month before, you are close to the cutoff number of days.

I was finally able to log back on and no, the log in history doesn't show that. Here's what I see (missing Nov, Dec and Jan when I definitely logged in):

Are these history from your direct admin control panel? If so these login history's do not count toward your inactivity. You must login directly to your x10hosting dashboard.

x10hosting.com/login or you can click the link at the top of any x10hosting.com page or here on the forums.
