Logged in last week, successfully unsuspended, account then terminated for "inactivity".

By the looks your account would have been in termination queue already when you hit suspension as you did so at the same day as termination was marked, after 90 days as inactive. The logs also unsuspension time is after termination time as well, so that also indicates it was already set for termination when you hit that button. You should have gotten a few emails warning about this leading up to termination as well.
