Logging into my site

Can't get cPanel or ftp to come up. When I try accessing it from mysite.com:2082 it is not popping up. I tried using this link for it:http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082/ and the website name with the :2082 after it.

I also tried to use ftp and that didn't seem to work either. The server status under "my account" says coming soon...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can see the login page for cPanel on both your main domain using port 2082 (like this: mysite.x10hosting.com:2082), and on http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082/

It may be the port is blocked, commonly done in school/work places. You could try http://cpanel.mysite.x10hosting.com (of course changing the mysite.x10hosting.com part to your actual address).

As for ftp, do you get any error messages at all?
