Login attempt Failed

I cant login to my account. I have changed my password yet when I check my email which confirms the "password change" and click the link to the cpanel, it says login attempt failed in red, before I try to login!
I know there have been problems with server but I have paid to keep my account active. Can anybody help ? Many Thanks

Try loging in through the Account Panel, then click 'Login to cPanel'.

I think today some changes with x10hosting are going on: Unlimited disk space & bandwith.

Hello,

I am currently looking into this issue for the mean time please use https://x10hosting.com/control to log in to cPanel.

If there are any updates on the issue they will either be posted in the forums or service alerts page.
