login errors ftp and cpanel

Since the last migrations, I cannot login to cpanel and my ftp account. I've just discovered the cpanel issue. The problem with ftp login has been there for weeks.

Pings to the ftp server give me the following

Can an Op please fix these login issues for me?

I had to re-open this thread since it was closed, but NOBODY! replied with a fix. Is this issue unresolveable? I've been waiting for a looonnnggg time (months!) and need a solution.

Will a competent Op be so kind to heal these login issues?

FTP should be working fine, even with that kind of latency, but what I would do is to toggle your FTP Client between Passive/Active mode to see if it makes any difference. Additionally, you could also try ftp://starka.x10hosting.com/ as your FTP location and log in using your normal cPanel/FTP credentials.

An error code from your FTP client would be appreciated, if it displays anything.

I'm sorry about the long delay for this. I only recently begun to post in Free Hosting and I'm surprised no one else noticed this.
