Since the last migrations, I cannot login to cpanel and my ftp account. I've just discovered the cpanel issue. The problem with ftp login has been there for weeks.
Pings to the ftp server give me the following
$ ping ftp.amigacore.exofire.net
PING ftp.amigacore.exofire.net (69.175.120.122) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from starka.x10hosting.com (69.175.120.122): icmp_seq=1 ttl=44 time=1409 ms

64 bytes from starka.x10hosting.com (69.175.120.122): icmp_seq=8 ttl=44 time=1119 ms
(I was downloading stuff in background)
Can an Op please fix these login issues for me?
