login fail + display wrong

I can't login to community with my actual account, in an endless circle and then locked out. Even tho it IS the account, as it recognizes the email. Created another to ask the question, but if anyone has ideas please advise.

Meantime, I uploaded a site via filezilla but it is displayed incorrectly, with text and broken image icons overlaid. Providing screenshots of the x10 version and the version on my own site, which is fine.

Any thoughts appreciated, thx
