Login Failing for cPanel on Boru

I am having a problem logging in to my cPanel on boru. The username I have is carlcook, and I'm using the same password as I use for x10hosting.com. I've even 'changed' my password to just make sure it's updated to the cpanel.

Hello,

There was something odd about how your password was stored on the server, I have corrected that problem. However it is likely that you will need to update the password once again, it would not have been stored correctly at the last attempt.

I tried to change it, but it didn't go through. I changed it again, but it appears to be queued behind the first in the 'actions' area.

I'm not sure if this is related, or a separate issue, but in Hosting Account Management the two graphics for disk usage and bandwidth usage are both broken, as well as the avatar picture above near 'welcome back'.
