login incorrect (530) message. please help!!!

I'm using xsitepro V2 to upload my website onto my x10 account. It keeps giving a 530 error message everytime and I am pretty sure I have entered the correct information. It asks for;

Domain Name: www.swingheeler.com
Home Directory: /home/swheeler/
FTP Server: ftp.swingheeler.com
FTP Directory: /home/swheeler/public_html_ftp/
FTP Username: swheeler@swingheeler.com
FTP Password: *******

When I login to my cpanel I know my username and password is correct because I am able to login. Can someone please help, I've researched this on all the threads and can not seem to figure out this out. I can't even access my raw access logs as it gives me the same message. Thanks so much!!

you need to set the nameservers of the domain to:
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

also, username is just swheeler

you should be able to do it where you bought the domain. If you don't find where, try to ask them in an email to do it for you
