Login issue

I can login to this forum. I can login to my Dasboard at https://x14.x10hosting.com:2222

I cannot login to https://x10hosting.com/login

The login screen at https://x10hosting.com/login responds with: These credentials do not match our records.

Password reset at https://x10hosting.com/login doesn't send an email to me.

Looks like there was a small error with the transfer of your account, as you have noticed the actual DirectAdmin account was never affected.

I have sorted this out so you should now be able to reset the password and regain access to the panel account.
