login not accepting my email/password

trying to log into my account i can't log in with my email (aelitadelarobia@gmail.com) and when i go to re-set the password it tells me the email isn't in the database (unable to locate an account with that address)

Hi hopper,

The email address we have on record is spelt slightly differently from the one you have. Please could you try logging in with your username, hopperne, instead? :)

i see the typo though, that could be why i never got my initial confirmation email, that's fixed...

Hi hopper,

If you wish to use the x10Hosting Basic control panel to manage your site, you will need to add your website as a "Custom Website". You can do this by selecting the green "Add Website" button in the top right, and creating a new website on your .x10.mx domain (with the "Address Path" blank). This will not interfere with any of your existing files. :)
